These terms cover orders placed with Estrella’s Flower Shop through this website, by telephone or in the shop. Placing an order means you accept them.
Please give us as much information as you can when you order, including the recipient’s full address and a contact telephone number. The minimum order for delivery is $45, plus the delivery fee.
Every arrangement is designed by hand by our florists. Flowers are a seasonal, natural product, so an arrangement may vary from the photograph on the website. Where a particular stem or container is unavailable we will substitute one of equal or greater value and keep to the style, colour and feel of the arrangement you chose.
Delivery times, areas and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. Same-day delivery needs 2 to 4 hours notice within our service area. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, only the date and the time window you choose.
If nobody is available at the address, we may leave the arrangement in a safe place or with a neighbour, or return it to the shop for collection.
A full refund is possible only before the flowers leave the shop for delivery. Returns are accepted within one day only, as these are cut flowers. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude the delivery fee, which is calculated from the delivery address. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We do not store your card details; card payments are handled by our payment provider.
Promo codes must be entered when you place the order on the website, or mentioned at the time if you order by telephone, so the discount can be applied. All promo codes and specials are temporary, and some are not available on special days.
A flower subscription renews automatically at the interval shown on the plan until you cancel it. An account is required so that you can see and manage your plan. You can cancel at any time from My Account and then Subscriptions, which stops all future deliveries and payments.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password private. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
